General conditions of sale
PREAMBULE
The present "General Conditions of Sale" s'appliquent with the legal operations relating to the products marketed near its customers by LE CHIC PARISIEN within its virtual shop.
DEFINITIONS:
The words or expressions hereafter will have within the framework of present the following significance:
Shop Internet: indicate Internet site of LE CHIC PARISIEN on which the Products are presented and sold to the customers.
Order: indicate the sale contract concluded between LE CHIC PARISIEN and the customer from shop Internet of LE CHIC PARISIEN.

ARTICLE 1 - OBJECT
The present General Conditions of Sale have the aim of defining the terms and conditions to which LE CHIC PARISIEN offers and sells its Products to its customers. These general conditions of sale will prevail on all other conditions appearing in any other document, except exemption preliminary, express and written.
ARTICLE 2 - ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS
The customer admits having taken knowledge, at the time of the placing of Order, these general conditions of sale and expressly states to accept them without reserve. The present general conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between LE CHIC PARISIEN and its customer, the two parts the acceptor without reserve.
ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCTS
The photographs illustrating the Products, do not n'entrent in the contractual field. If s'y errors are introduced, to in no case, the responsibility for LE CHIC PARISIEN could not be committed. The majority of the products offered by LE CHIC PARISIEN with its customers is immediately available. For products available on order, the delivery time is indicated on the form of the product concerned and in no case exceed 8 weeks.
However, all the products marketed by LE CHIC PARISIEN can or cannot inevitably make l'objet sale on line.
ARTICLE 4 - ORDER

ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY
After confirmation of order and perfect payment of the price of the ordered products, LE CHIC PARISIEN s'engage to dispatch with its customer, under his responsibility, the ordered products with l adress of delivery within a time in conformity with that announced on the site during the ordering.
All the Products stipulated in the Orders placed to LE CHIC PARISIEN are intended for l'usage personal of the customers or the recipients whose name is mentioned with l adress of delivery.

The possible delays of delivery ascribable to the conveyor or LE CHIC PARISIEN do not give the right to the customer to claim damages.
The ordered Products are transported to the risks and dangers of the recipient. With reception of the ordered Products, the customer or the recipient will have to check the correct operation of the delivered good, and will take note of his conditions d'emploi being reproduced on the note d utilisation which is provided to him.

ARTICLE 6 - RETRACTATION
The customer has a period of 7 days days after receipt of the Products ordered to return to LE CHIC PARISIEN against exchange or refund. In this case, the customer must return the new Products in their original packaging, intact and not worn, unwashed, with all accessories, instruction manuals and documentation at the following address:

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, THE CHIC PARISIEN agrees to repay the sums paid by the client in their entirety.
Refunding is due within 15 maximum day.
ARTICLE 7 - PRICE
The price is expressed in euro.
The price indicated on the Cards produced does not include/understand the inherent expenses with transport.
The price indicated in the confirmation of order is the final price expressed all inclusive of tax and including the VAT. This price includes/understands the price of the Products, the handling charges, d'emballage and of conservation of the Products, the transport charges and startup.
ARTICLE 8 - PAYMENT
The price invoiced with the customer is the price indicated on the confirmation of order addressed by LE CHIC PARISIEN.
The price of the Products is payable the cash by one of the means of payment suggested on the site the day of the effective order.

ARTICLE 11 - GUARANTEE
In all the cases LE CHIC PARISIEN could not be held for person in charge for the non-observance of the regulations and legislative into force in the country of reception.
